Robert Carrabs

Robert’s career spans over 30 years, as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He has experience in all facets of the industry including residential sales and management, however over the last 23 years at Ray White Park Coast East, Robert has been involved in Commercial Sales, Auctions, Leasing & Management, and has now long been acknowledged as one of the eastern suburbs leading agents. Robert has been involved in some of the area’s biggest sales and leasing deals and attributes his success to honesty, patience, aggressive negotiation skills and solid market knowledge, which has resulted in consistently achieving results beyond client expectations. Robert has seen the massive transformation in the eastern suburbs over the last 30 years and he understands the driving forces behind the market conditions, so it’s no wonder that he has numerous repeat clients who feel secure and ultimately satisfied in this commercial property professional.

In the last 15 years Robert has also gained huge knowledge in Project Marketing.  He sold the 348 - 354 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction site, soon to be know as "Diamond Bondi Junction".  A 65 unit, 11 storey residential tower. He was also involved in the Forum (310 - 330 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction), an impressive 120+ unit development which has become the most sought after building in the Junction. 

In 2021 Robert successfully sold the site 376 - 384 Oxord Street, Bondi Junction for $31,000,000. 

Record sale after record sale has seen Robert presented with a Ray White Premier Club Member for 2015.
